Project Profile is a property marketing agency in Brisbane. This is the platform our team and our clients use to run the work: the projects under way, the artwork waiting for approval, the campaign results, and the invoices.
Access is by invitation. If you are a client of ours, your account was set up for you and the sign-in link was emailed to you.
What the platform does
Client delivery
Projects, deliverables and checklists for every piece of work we run, so a client can see what is in progress, what is waiting on them, and what is finished.
Proofs and approvals
Artwork, copy, ads and emails are sent to the client for review. They approve or request changes in the portal, and the decision is recorded against the work.
Campaign reporting
Advertising, landing page, lead and email results are collected from the platforms we run campaigns on and presented to the client alongside the work they paid for.
Invoices and documents
Tax invoices, briefs and files for each client, shared through the same portal rather than scattered across email threads.
How we handle your information
Our Privacy Policy sets out what the platform collects, what we do with it, and who it is shared with — including data from connected accounts such as Google and Meta. Our Terms of Use cover using the platform, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by following our data deletion instructions.
